Author’s Statement:

Alright, hey everybody, this is Joe Murphy with Allegheny immigration Group. We’re getting a lot of calls about the Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act. That’s the Liberian Green card Program. As you may be aware, we’re running a special on this nationwide. It’s $3000, that’s complete for a regular Liberian Green Card. I’m getting a lot of calls and a lot of questions.

And the first question I’m getting is, are you for real or is it a scam? Yes I’m real. I’m an immigration Attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and I represent clients all over the country. I represent people as far away as San Francisco, Seattle, Arkansas. In many cases I never meet the clients, they send me things, evident, documents, things of that sort by facts, or email, a PDF scan, things of that nature. You know, it’s hard to take someone’s word, obviously there’s a lot of scam artists in the world. One of the things I encourage people to do is look me up. You can go to any web browser, Google or Safari, whatever you like and search on Pennsylvania attorney. Look up, you can search me by my name, my full name is Joseph Patrick Murphy. I think they use the middle initial P. Or you can search me based on my attorney’s ID number; my Pennsylvania Attorney ID Number is 83120. You can also look at any of the videos, the things I’ve done, both on this Allegheny Immigration Group Facebook Page and Youtube Channel, and on my own personal Youtube Channel which is just “Joseph Murphy”. There’s other videos besides immigration on there.

The next big thing people are curious about is that how much does it cost? The base cost for a program like this is $3000 and that includes the filing fee. That’s it, 3000 bucks out the door. Okay. You may find somebody local, some hustler, something like that, that will do it for less. I can’t tell you I’m better or worse than anybody else that I don’t know. What I can tell you is you’re watching my commercial and not theirs.

Who Qualifies?

First one is, you have to be and prove that you’re a Liberian National. That can be done most easily with a Liberian passport or a Birth Certificate issued in Liberia. Other things that might help: Photo ID from Liberia, affidavits of people in Liberia that you are a Liberian National.

The second thing is you have to prove that you’ve been continuously present in the United States since November 20th, 2014. For those of you who ended with a passport, that could be quite easy to show a stamp. For those of you who don’t have a passport, and who need, or you’re having a difficult time proving you continuous presence in the United States, there are other ways we can do that; for example, your previous employers, they can attest to the fact that were at work every day during that time in the United States. You can have been outside the United States for up to a 180 days since November 20th, 2014 and still qualify for this. So, if you’ve had a few short trips outside the United States, perhaps a visit to Canada for Niagara Falls, those are fine. But if those, in sum, total more than 180 days, that quiet disqualifies from the program. That doesn’t mean you can’t get a green card. Just means you can’t get it for this program.

Alright, so serious crimes will disqualify you. If you’ve done murder, rape, arson, human trafficking, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, some of the more outrageous crimes that go on in the world you’re disqualified from the program. Petty crimes will not disqualify you. You will have to however submit a complete certified record of the Criminal Court Disposition of your petty crime. We can help you with that. It’s gonna cost you more legal fees to do that.

Alright so those are the things that will knock you out; too many trips outside the United States and criminal activity. Here’s what not on the list. Here’s what you, the things you could have done and it won’t cause a problem. If you’ve overstayed your visa, you’re still qualified to get into this program. If you enter the US without permission, you can still get into this program. You don’t have to have a job, you can even be on public assistance and you’re still qualified for this program. You’re exempt from a Public Charge Intermination. Even if you’re in deportation proceedings right now, you’re still qualified for this program. There will be additional fees in the case where you’re in deportation because we have to interact with the Deportation court.

Alright, getting started is easy enough. We make it as easy as possible. You can sign up online. There will be a link to our online sign up form in the description of this video. You can sign up and pay online that is. That will get the process started. They’ll get us some basic information so we can get in touch with you, communicate with you and start filling out your application for a green card. You can’t give s everything online though. Some of the things we’re gonna need is gonna require perhaps even a little leg-work from you. If you’ve got a Liberian passport, we’ll need that photocopy, then we’ll need photocopies of all pages, and if you’ve entered legally, we’ll need your I-94, that’s a little card or document. We can look that up online if you’ve got your passport. We’ll need photographs of you and those “passport” style photographs. You can get those at most chain drug stores, Walgreens, CVS, something like that, we’ll need atleast two. And you might wanna dress to impress in that photo because this is the photo that will be attached to your Green Card.

We will be in touch with you all along. You can call us any time you want. This is Allegheny Immigration Group, the main number here is 4125212000. Our address is 310 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. That’s a big office building. It’s called the Grant Building. We’re on the 33rd floor. My personal cell, text and whatsapp are all the same number, 4129733442. And feel free to talk to me at any time. I’m always happy to hear from my clients and I’m happy to help if there’s a question. People call me all the time and you can too. We’re here to support you. We’ll keep you updated with a list of what documents are still needed, so on and so forth until we process. When we do finally file for the Green Card, you’ll have to sign off on that. Nothing will be filed that you haven’t had a chance to review and approve of. If there’s errors or things you don’t approve of, or things in your Green Card Application you don’t wanna disclose, you’ll tell us that and we’ll take them out. And we’ll get that in and we’ll get that Green Card.
